By accessing royalstonedecor.com or using our hafilat recharge online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Royalstonedecor provides digital top-up services for UAE transit cards including Hafilat and Nol. Our hafilat recharge online service allows users to load credit onto compatible cards via our secure web platform. We are a payment intermediary and do not operate the underlying transit networks.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorised holder or payor for the card you are topping up. By submitting a hafilat recharge transaction, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You are responsible for entering the correct Hafilat card number and top-up amount. We process hafilat recharge requests as submitted. Incorrect card numbers resulting in credit applied to the wrong card cannot be reversed once the API instruction is confirmed with the card authority.
All transactions are billed in UAE Dirham (AED) at the amount displayed at checkout. No hidden fees apply for standard hafilat recharge online transactions. Your bank may apply its own fees for foreign currency conversion — this is outside our control.
Refunds are issued only where a hafilat recharge payment was taken but the credit was not successfully delivered. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method. No refunds are issued for correctly delivered top-ups.
You may not use our platform to: conduct fraudulent transactions; attempt to bypass or exploit our payment infrastructure; or top up cards using stolen or unauthorised payment methods. Violations will result in account termination and may be reported to UAE authorities.
Royalstonedecor is not liable for: delays in hafilat recharge delivery caused by the card authority's systems; losses caused by incorrect card numbers entered by the user; or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
